Super Ganesha — Return & Refund Policy

At Super Ganesha, we take great care in selecting and packaging every crystal we ship. Because crystals are natural specimens, each piece is unique and may have slight natural variations in color, size, and texture — these are not defects but part of what makes each stone one of a kind.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items priced $20 and above. Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging. To initiate a return, contact us at superganesha.com/pages/contact with your order number and reason for return.

Items priced under $20 — including tumble stones, small figurines, and incense — are final sale and not eligible for return due to their low cost and the nature of natural crystal variations.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, we will make it right immediately regardless of price. Please send a photo of the damage within 48 hours of delivery and we will offer a full replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned under any circumstances: crystal bundles and mystery sets, items marked as final sale, and any item showing signs of use or damage caused after delivery.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Reiki Services

Reiki healing sessions are non-refundable once the session has been delivered. If you need to reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance.
